Overview
We strive for the best possible customer service experience and will work with you to make you happy whether it be a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we must be notified within 7 days after item is receiving the item at weborder@pycreations.com or call at 954-684-3599.
Non-returnable items:
- Used or damaged items not due to shipping
- Drinkware washed in a dishwasher (all drinkware must be hand washed)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Wrong personalization not due to our error
To complete your return, we require the order number to confirm proof of purchase and pictures of the item that has been damaged from shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 day.
Exchanges and Replacements
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping with the exact same item if available. We can offer an exchange for a more expensive item at a discounted amount.
Shipping returns
To return your product, we will provide a return address label for eligible items after we are contacted.
